50% deposit to reserve the date is non-refundable and is not transferable to another booking.

Changes in the date of a confirm booking are considered as cancellations.

Full payment of your accommodation costs is required 10 days before arrival. The final payment will be automatically take in $ /Us. Dollars to the credit card you used to pay the deposit, 10 days before your check in.

If you decide to cancel your booking without any penalties, it must be 20 days in advance of your check in date, and you must notify us by email.
